Students must read (or listen to) AND complete a reading response for 10 of the 25 books in order to participate in the April, 2012 Battle of the Books event.
Students who LISTEN to Battle Books--audiobooks on CDs and cassettes or downloaded from the public library eZone--and complete reading responses may count those books toward the 10-book requirement. Look here for a list of audio titles availble FREE from the public library.
Students have learned how to submit a comment to this reading response blog. No comments are posted until reviewed by a South Kingstown school library media specialist. Students sign comments with their first name only (some students use only their initials in deference to family Internet rules). The code word "blue" stands for Wakefield School. |
